Shipping Update: Virginia Warehouse Delay

Due to a severe winter storm, our Virginia warehouse is currently closed. With over 15 inches of snowfall and more expected, commuting is unsafe, and our team will remain home for their safety. This may cause delays in processing and shipping orders. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as the situation evolves. At Shay & Blue we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below. 

All North America orders are delivered with our via USPS or our Premium Service via UPS. 

We also ship to Canada and Mexico directly from Continental United States. Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes in Canada.

Shipping Exclusions:  the Hawaiian Islands and Alaska.

Returns

At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.

      1. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase
      2. Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement.
      3. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for credit or replacement

Currently customers retuning items to North America are asked to provide their own shipping at their own cost. This is because we are unable to generate dangerous goods labels within our system. We are working hard to rectify this.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
