At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.
- Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase
- Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement.
- Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for credit or replacement
Please be aware we do charge a small fee for return, checks and restocking. This allows us to continue offering full returns for the future. Currently customers retuning from outside of Continental United States are asked to provide their own shipping at their own cost.

Cancellations
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
