Terms & Conditions Welcome Contest

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the Welcome Competition ("Competition") for a chance to win 6 months of Scent Club membership ("Prize").

1.2 By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, officers, and directors of Shay & Blue, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3 The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the Competition, individuals must sign up for our newsletter during the specific quarter.

3.2 Entry is automatic upon newsletter sign-up. No purchase is necessary.

3.3 Each new sign-up during the quarter will be considered one entry into the Competition.

4. Competition Period

4.1 The Competition will run quarterly. Each quarter’s entry period will be as follows:

• Q1: January 1 - March 31
• Q2: April 1 - June 30
• Q3: July 1 - September 30
• Q4: October 1 - December 31

4.2 Entries must be received by 11:59 PM [EST] on the last day of each quarter to be eligible for that quarter’s draw.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will be selected each quarter to receive 6 months of Scent Club membership, which includes:

• A 10ml bottle of your choice each month
• A surprise & delight item the first month

5.2 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.3 Shay & Blue reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each quarter.

6.2 The draw will take place within the first week following the end of each quarter.

6.3 The winner will be notified via the email address provided during newsletter sign-up within 7 days of the draw.

6.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, they forfeit their Prize, and a new winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Shay & Blue reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by Shay & Blue in its sole discretion.

7.2 Shay & Blue reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.

7.3 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Shay & Blue is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries.

8.2 Shay & Blue assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Shay & Blue for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

9.2 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
