At Shay & Blue we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below.

*Times are approximate guidelines. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched on the same day.

Returns.
At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.

1. Returns should be made via our Returns Portal
2. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase
3. Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty please return them for a full refund.
4. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for a refund within 30 days.

Domestic returns are made free of charge. International returns can be made at your own cost.

Cancellations.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
